Job Description This is a key position in a

CPA Group, where you will be

transforming the landscape of accounting excellence. Your responsibilities are multifaceted, starting with efficient project management that prioritizes timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a key aspect, both externally by identifying new engagements and internally by fostering a collaborative team environment.

Your ability to interpret client financial data goes beyond the numbers, providing clients with valuable insights for informed decision-making. Navigating the intricacies of business transactions, you showcase a comprehensive understanding, and your role extends beyond conventional tax work. You embrace uncertainty with resilience, addressing challenges even when answers may not be immediately clear.

As a leader within the team, you play a pivotal role in development by supervising, training, and mentoring team members, ensuring their growth and competence. Collaboration with partners ensures strategic insight, staying abreast of industry developments and proposing solutions.

SR TAX MANAGER- Experience: You possess 10+

years of progressive public accounting experience, showcasing your management of complex projects. Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting provides you with a solid foundation. Certifications: Hold a current and valid CPA license and be a member in good standing with the AICPA and respective state societies. Business Acumen: Demonstrate the ability to generate new business for the firm while expanding existing client relationships by identifying and delivering on additional service needs.
