**Position Overview**

As an IT Support Specialist, you will work across the business to provide end-user IT support ensuring a consistent and productive work environment. Under the direction of the IT Services Team Lead, you will collaborate with other members of the Technology department to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues within our infrastructure. You will also play a key role in developing, scaling, and delivering innovative products to our infrastructure and software stack. The ideal candidate has a background in Information Technology and strives to provide quality results while learning new and exciting technology.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide an outstanding and professional interface between the Technology department and all employees.

* Promptly respond to incoming support requests and ensure resolutions are documented in the ticketing system and knowledgebase.

* Configure and implement PC hardware and software for employees.

* Handle employee onboarding and offboarding following company-defined processes.

* Manage company electronic equipment and software license inventory.

* Collaborate with vendors to resolve software or hardware warranty/repair issues.

* Participate in continuous development and improvement of technology systems and processes.

**Required Qualifications**

* Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.

* Enjoys the challenge of new, complex problems and learning further information on the fly.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Critical thinking and problem-solving.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.

* Familiarity with Windows 10.

* Familiarity with MacOS.

* Familiarity with Active Directory.

* Familiarity with antivirus software and other monitoring tools.

**Location and Hours**

This role is hybrid or in our Lancaster, PA office. Candidates should expect to be in the office at least two days out of the week. The hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
