We are seeking a detailed oriented individual to fill a full-time position for our local, Fredericksburg office. Responsibilities include a variety of duties to support sales, service, and office staff. The applying individual should be a team player with strong customer service, organizational, and computer skills with the ability to multitask and perform in a busy, fast-paced diversified environment. An outgoing attitude and pleasant phone demeanor are key with previous clerical and computer experience preferred. Customer Service Representatives engage with potential and existing customers by answering product/service questions, processing orders, preparing correspondences, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction. This position will require the candidate to be proficient with and able to use Microsoft Office Suite, varied internet browsers and have general computer literacy to operate our business systems, generate invoices as well as electronic communication with supporting staff and customers.

Responsibilities

* Interact directly with customers by phone, email, and in-person

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries

* Handle and resolve customer complaints

* Obtain all relevant information to handle product/service inquiries

* Provide pricing and delivery information

* Set up/manage customer accounts

* Create and schedule installation and service appointments

* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

* Organize workflow to meet customer time frames

* Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

* Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, transactions, and complaints

* Prepare and distribute customer invoices and statements

* Maintain customer databases

* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Experience

* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

* Knowledge or experience with call center practices

* Knowledge of relevant computer applications

* Ability to type and use multi-line phones

* Knowledge of administrative procedures

* Numeric, oral, and written language applications

* Product knowledge

Education

* High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent required

* Associate Degree or other higher levels of education preferred

Just when you loose hope in in customer service Stephanie comes along and gives you faith that it will all be okay. Amazing does not even come close to there service she provided during a difficult situation.
