This role us perfect for an ambitious and enthusiastic Project Administrator with strong organisation skills who is looking for a long term role, excellent prospects are available with this growing local Company.

Some of your duties will include:

Providing administrative and customer service support in the busy Supply Department

Liaising with extensively with clients and suppliers over the telephone and dealing with enquiries

Maintaining customer and supplier database records and updating details when needed

Ensuring that price quotations received from suppliers are recorded on the computer system

Preparing correspondence, reports, charts, tables and presentation material for sales team

Producing client quotations, profoma invoices and packing lists to accompanying client orders
