Job Description: As a Civil Engineer, you will collaborate with experienced engineers on the design, analysis, and construction of infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their skills and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct site visits and field investigations to gather data and assess project conditions.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Perform calculations and analyses for design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and effective solutions.
  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Support the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of environmental and permit applications.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance on all project deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
