Elm Crest is looking for an Executive Director (LNHA) Elm Crest has a large campus consisting of a skilled nursing facility andassisted living. We’ve been serving the Harlan area for over 65 years Not only are we committed to our community, but providing the best care, with the highest quality to our residents As the executive Director at Elmcrest, you will oversee the overall operations of the community in accordance with AHM, mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission, effectiveness, and stewardship. What do you need to apply? Nursing Home Administrator License within the state of Iowa. Bachelors degree in long-term care, management, human services or equivalent. 5+ years of long-term care administrator experience required Demonstrated leadership competencies in healthcare management and operations.
