City Group Hospitality is a lively culinary atmosphere and is looking for someone to work within a close-knit team at our Beausoleil Coastal Cuisine concept. We emphasize creating an environment that welcomes everyone and maintains a high standard for food and people. We are now accepting applications for an experienced and hardworking Raw Bar Prep Cook. Individuals who apply must submit a current resume and should have the following skills and attributes:
•A passion for food including a desire to continue education to build new menu items when requested and a love of seafood, oysters and kitchen prep.

Prep and Seafood experience is a big plus

•Open Availability, Ability to work late nights, Ability to work 10+ hour shifts

•Proficient knowledge in and an understanding of the ordering process

•Cleanliness and hygiene
•Able to cross-train and work efficiently in different departments
•Knowledge of food handling

Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time

$11.50 - $13.50 Hourly

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
