Job Description We are a growing and respected clinical laboratory based in Dallas, TX, seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mobile Phlebotomist to provide exceptional mobile specimen collection services in home, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings. This bilingual position requires fluency in Korean and/or Vietnamese this is mandatory due to the specific language needs of our patient population. Key Responsibilities Travel to patient homes, assisted living facilities, or skilled nursing homes for on-site phlebotomy and specimen collection. Accurately accession specimens and ensure all labels and tubes are correctly matched and recorded. Input doctor orders and lab requisitions into the EMR/LIS system with a high degree of accuracy. Handle both STAT and routine collections efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. Track and report mileage for reimbursement per company policy. Maintain professional, courteous conduct at all times with patients, facilities, and team members. Assist with clerical or courier-related duties as needed. Mandatory Requirements Fluency in Korean and/or Vietnamese (read, write, and speak). Minimum 2 years of hands?on phlebotomy experience, with mobile phlebotomy strongly preferred. Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance (mileage reimbursement provided). Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail in data entry, labeling, and following protocols. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR systems. Willingness to work occasional weekends, evenings, and independently. Ability to quickly learn new software systems, including LIS or EMR tools. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Preferred (But Not Required) Prior experience working with long?term care facilities, assisted living centers, or home health patients. Familiarity with laboratory workflows and courier/logistics coordination. Tech?savvy and comfortable adapting to fast?evolving systems and processes.
