Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Manufacturing & Cleanroom Operations We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment in a regulated environment. This role includes training Maintenance Tech I staff, supporting production and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, and SOP standards. The ideal candidate is technically strong, safety-focused, and thrives in a cleanroom manufacturing setting. Schedule & Work Environment Cleanroom manufacturing environment Shift: WednesdaySaturday, 6:00 AM6:30 PM, with every other Wednesday off Key Responsibilities Train and support Maintenance Tech I staff in equipment operation, setup, and repair Train maintenance and production employees on equipment use, maintenance, and cleaning Maintain training and maintenance records in compliance with FDA, cGMP, and SOP requirements Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance across all company locations Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, refrigeration, and boiler systems Recommend and implement improvements to equipment performance and reliability Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve issues Assist Engineering with equipment installation and process layout/design Maintain spare parts inventory and requisition maintenance supplies Handle hazardous and universal waste and respond to chemical spills per procedures Work in a cleanroom environment requiring routine gowning Required Skills & Experience Manufacturing or production maintenance experience Strong preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills Experience working in GMP, FDA, and SOP-driven environments PLC troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical repair experience Refrigeration and boiler maintenance knowledge Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated industries (pharma, medical devices, food, or beverage) Refrigeration, electrical, welding, and machining experience High mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and standing Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $73840.00/yr. Benefits will be sent with offer. Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Windsor, CO.
