Install motors, drives, starters, lights, fuses and breakers. Size electrical wire and conduit, bend and install conduit and tubing, pull new wire and terminate. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair oven systems and induction furnaces, and their controls and systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair automated and semi-automated manufacturing machinery to ensure production readiness. Complete daily maintenance tasks depending on work orders, emergencies, preventative activities, and other tasks assigned by Maintenance Manager. What is required for this role 2-year degree in industrial maintenance or similar degree and 3 years experience. Journeyman Electrician, WI licensed desired. Knowledge of the principles of electricity, PLC controls, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Knowledge of switch gears, transformers, and power distribution. Can troubleshoot, repair and program PLCs, variable frequency drives, ovens and induction furnaces. Educational courses and work experience with heating, plumbing and electrical systems. Can stand and walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs. occassionally.
