Job Summary: Super Micro Computer, Inc. is looking for a Manager, Investor Relations for our HQ located in San Jose, CA. *This role requires the candidate to work full-time onsite in the San Jose HQ. • Prepare

key materials and presentations

to communicate financial performance, business conditions, and company strategy. • Participate in the

quarterly earnings process , providing support for drafting CEO and CFO scripts, earnings presentations, press releases, while maintaining and updating Q&A documentation on an ongoing basis. • Maintain detailed

internal financial models, valuation tables , while keeping an up to date and accurate analyst estimate matrix across numerous internal teams. • Assist in the evaluation of new partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, strategic investments, and potential acquisitions. •

Develop model templates

to assist in the evaluation of partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, strategic investments, and acquisitions. • Proactively monitor

Wall Street consensus estimates

and equity research to minimize gaps between the company performance and investor expectations. • Daily monitoring of existing and new

research releases

and help co-ordinate and maintain sell side analyst activity, events, and other updates as needed. • Assist in developing the

internal events calendar , oversee the management of conferences, NDRs, bus tours, factory visits and other investor related events. • Participate in the ongoing development for an

outreach strategy

to target and attract institutional investors, expand existing and maintain key holder ownership positions, while keeping the financial community current on company progress, growth strategies, and industry developments. • Assist in supporting the management, maintenance and expansion of sell-side relationships engage management team to participate in

investor outreach activities • Maintain comparable company financial tables and related event calendars across the competitive landscape, including monitoring comparable company earnings, marketing and investor facing events • On going collaboration with

Marketing and Communications

to ensure consistent messaging on branding and strategy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA highly desirable • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in related field. •

Strong understanding of investment community both buy and sell side. • Exceptional financial modeling, comparative analysis and both written and verbal communication skills. • Desire to be hands-on and juggle multiple projects. • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Up to 25% travel may be required. Please note that this position requires daily in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.
