Als Senior Business Implementatie Consultant draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze klant, met de nadruk op het Business Implementatiedomein. Dit richt zich vooral op het end-to-end veranderproces, waarbij verwachtingsmanagement en de acceptatie van een nieuwe manier van werken in een organisatie centraal staan. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s vanuit de Business Process en Business Technology domeinen, aangezien hun projecten zich vooral richten op operationele vraagstukken en innovatieve IT-oplossingen. Zij geloven in het zoveel mogelijk combineren van analytische vraagstukken met implementatieactiviteiten. Hierdoor wordt het werk niet alleen leuker, het zorgt er tevens voor dat inhoud en uitvoering naadloos op elkaar aansluiten en beter gaan door minder overdrachtsmomenten. Het kunnen combineren van de benodigde skills is niet voor iedereen weggelegd. Onze klant is daarom op zoek naar talentvolle, communicatieve academici met aantoonbare analytische en implementatievaardigheden. Hun consultants beschikken over een bovengemiddeld portie daadkracht om bij toonaangevende klanten zoals KPN, Heineken, Alliander, BAM, ABN Amro en Essent het verschil te kunnen maken.
Verantwoordelijkheden
•Aansturen en begeleiden van consultants op projecten en in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
•Operationeel leidinggeven aan één of meerdere projectteams;
•Vertalen van klantbehoefte (primair proces- of IT-verandering) naar passende implementatiestrategie en bijbehorende deliverables;
•Opbouwen en onderhouden van een relevant netwerk bij huidige en nieuwe klanten;
•Meebouwen aan de organisatie, met de nadruk op het uitbouwen van het Business Implementatie domein.
•VWO en een afgeronde universitaire opleiding in een bedrijfskundige, technische of econometrische richting;
•Minstens 8 jaar relevante werkervaring;
•Aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van Implementatie / Change Management;
•Inzicht in ontwikkelingen binnen het vakdomein;
•Commercieel: ervaring in het opbouwen van klantrelaties.

Zij onderscheiden daarbij de volgende vier proposities: Agile applicatie ontwikkeling, Cloud BI, datamanagement en Internet Of Things. Hierbij werken ze nauw samen met vooraanstaande technology partners als Mendix, Yellowfin en Informatica. Bij hun projecten ligt de focus op innovatieve applicaties voor telefoon, tablet en desktop, zoals mobiele buitendienst apps, klantportalen en workflow applicaties.
