We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for running our computer systems in an operationally efficient manner. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s information technology needs.

Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization

A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture

Expert knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations
·
In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security
·
Excellent attention to detail
·
ERP software experience (apparel manufacturing/distributing software a plus)
·
Experience with Microsoft Exchange administration
Responsibilities
·
Manage information technology and computer systems
·
Manage small IT staff
·
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
·
Working with our outside network consulting firm to help manage downtime to a minimum
·
Interacting with our ERP software provider to manage open support tickets and projects
·
Creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practice manuals
·
Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security
·
Organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, etc.
·
Maintaining business continuity plans and cyber security incident response procedures
·
Providing security awareness training for all employees via KnowBe4
·
Pitching in whenever and wherever needed regardless of the size of the task
