Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy at Providence Health and Services summary: The Occupational Therapist plans, organizes, and directs occupational therapy services to ensure quality patient care within Providence St. Patrick Hospital. This role requires licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and preferably one year of experience in a related healthcare setting. Description The primary function of the Occupational Therapist is to plan, organize, develop and direct Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be defined by the Rehabilitation Clinical Manager/Director of Rehabilitation, to assure that the highest degree of quality patient care can be maintained at all times. Required Qualifications: * Education to qualify for Occupational Therapist licensure * Upon hire: Montana Occupational Therapist License * Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: * 1 year Experience in an occupational therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field.
