The Nurse Recruiter is directly responsible and accountable to the Vice President of Human Resources for executing a full range of professional recruiting strategies, including identifying, sourcing and generating targeted nursing and other professional recruits.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelors degree in nursing and active nursing license recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing preferred; or
Bachelors degree required and One to three years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, project management, or Human Resources strongly preferred
Three to five years experience in healthcare required

Location: Holzer Health System HHS Human Resources
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week
