JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce instance, be the "face" and the champion of the Sales & Marketing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform to the non-technical parts of our organization, de-risks the environment, and builds the guardrails that take the fear of making mistakes away from users, allowing them to effectively do their jobs.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be primarily responsible for creating, testing, and maintaining all aspects of our Salesforce instance, and all integrated applications. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams across the Fullsight organization to ensure that the automation efforts and processes are aligned with business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving. With a track record of success in a similar role with business process experience in applying technology to bring about improvements and resolutions and ensure Salesforce meets the evolving needs of our business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure our Salesforce instance is best-in-class to support global business requirements.
  • Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and administer Salesforce.
  • Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiency with automation.
  • Help evolve the global sales & marketing tech stack administration & execution including evaluating new technologies to build out our stack.
  • Implement quality control procedures and participate in cross-functional data hygiene/governance initiatives and maintain data quality for the global Sales & Marketing CRM database.
  • Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes, workflows, and training documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Sales & Marketing CRM database efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance and conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and optimal system usage.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and make recommendations for system improvements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
  • Experience with data management, data quality, and data governance best practices within Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably Salesforce certified
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • General office environment with occasional travel
  • Ability to type on a keyboard and view a computer monitor
