The Role
As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in managing resources, coordinating teams, and collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers will be crucial to our continued success.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute projects from conception to completion
Collaborate with senior management to define project scope and goals
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements
Oversee procurement, project schedules, and documentation
Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications
What We're Looking For
Experience managing multiple construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems
Strong budgeting and resource allocation skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software
Knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards
