What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk. Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk. Assist with visitor management, including issuing badges and directing individuals as appropriate for logistics and distribution operations. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related concerns or incidents. Support emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
