Don't worry, all of the training you need is provided with the support of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who are professionals in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).Behavior Technicians (BTs) are paraprofessionals certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) serving clients with Autism. BTs assist in delivering behavior-analytic services and practice under the direction and close supervision of a Behavior Technician Manager, Clinical Director, and BCBA. We are looking for RBTs of all levels of experience We will provide training for entry-level technicians, and we offer tiered BT positions for already certified technicians.
