We value quality over quantity and provide you with the time and support to do your best for patients and their families.* *PRN employees with Haven enjoy competitive compensation and a flexible schedule.* *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Makes the initial evaluation visit in cases where the physician has ordered speech therapy services only. * Conducts comprehensive OASIS initial assessments including physical, emotional, and mental needs. * Counsels the client and family in meeting SLP and related needs. * Develops and implements an individualized plan of care related to SLP in consultation with the client’s physician and other agency personnel as appropriate * Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative SLP procedures. *Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* * Current Missouri SLP license in good standing. * Preferred minimum of one year experience as a SLP within the last three years preferred. * Recent home health experience in the past year. * Previous OASIS experience preferred. *As a Speech Therapist with Haven, you will support our core values of dedication to clarity through honest communication, being accountable and committed, doing what is right not what is easy, being forward focused, working in the same direction, and seeking personal and professional growth. * Benefits: * 401(k) * Continuing education credits * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Medical Specialty: * Home Health Schedule: * Day shift * No nights * No weekends Work Location: In person
