Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Client staff at various levels. Minimum of 10 years of IT business/industry work experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience in performing business analyses on IT projects. Experience in the use of Microsoft Visio for creating the process model diagrams. Experience with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies. Experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptance criteria. Preferred Skills and Experience

Skills and experience in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discuss business processes. The people involved may be at the manager level or end user level. People may be business-oriented or technical (IT) staff. The contractor will be expected to be the lead in all meetings and discussions related to their analysis. Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD) techniques is beneficial. Good verbal/communication skills. Good writing skills. Good technical writing skills. Good problem solving and critical thinking skills. Skills and experience conducting Cost Benefit Analyses. Skills and experience in business process re-engineering. Skills and experiences in deriving business process and data requirements from the reading and analyzing of process and systems documentation. Skills and experiences in translating the information from meetings and written materials into process models and/or process flow models. Writing skills and experience to create a data dictionary. Experience in the use of Microsoft Word is required. Experiences in working with IT technical staff to determine the infrastructure components within which any potential solution or modification would need to be able to operate. Primary Responsibilities

Current (AS IS) business process and customer journey maps. Process Improvement Logs. Requirements for Future (TO BE) business processes and customer journey maps. Process-focused Gap Analysis. Solution-focused Gap Analysis. Information Technology (IT) Solution Requirements. Business Process Models (Diagram and Narrative). Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Data Dictionaries Data Flow Diagrams Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Plans Remediation Implementation Plans Cost Benefit Analysis User Stories Acceptance Criteria Business Cases Comply with Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with the Client Contract Manager throughout the PO term. Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with policies and procedures. Apprise staff on ISDM or SDF information as directed by the Client Contract Manager. Communicate relevant information to project teams and stakeholders in a timely manner. Facilitate meetings throughout the term of the PO. At a minimum, meeting responsibilities include: Proofread meeting documentation to ensure use of proper grammar and consistent font styles. Attend the meeting and communicate with attendees in a clear, concise, and constructive manner. Provide meeting documentation in the format designated or approved by Client. Make necessary meeting arrangements and create needed artifacts to fulfill meeting objectives. Create a meeting agenda and send it to attendees in advance of the meeting. Keep meeting notes highlighting key action items and decisions and indicating clear due dates with any next steps needed. Send copies of the meeting notes to attendees within 3 Business Days following the meeting. Address project team conflict and communication problems proactively. Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctness before submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders. Obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Contract Manager and appropriate Stakeholders. Education

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field; Equivalent work experience. Why Kyra?
