Qualifications Required Education & Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 5 + years of experience, Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a recent Ph.D. graduate. Candidates with an additional 4+ years of professional experience, and an Associate’s degree, may be considered in lieu of formal education. Core Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in setting up, administering, and conducting training for CAD tools within a PLM system. Deep understanding of design process workflows and lifecycles.
