Business Analyst III

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. This role will support and enhance our global procurement and logistics systems by working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the functional SME for SAP MM (P2P) and related logistics execution processes in S/4HANA. Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of procurement and supply chain workflows across multiple business units and geographies. Manage EDI integrations with 3PL/4PL partners for procurement and customer delivery logistics. Define, document, and enhance special procurement scenarios such as Subcontracting, Stock Transport Orders (STO), Consignment, and 3rd Party Order Processing. Support and maintain Inventory Management and Physical Inventory processes. Collaborate with planning teams to support integration with internal and external planning tools such as Blue Yonder, I2, or SAP IBP. Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and modules such as FI, SD, and GTS. Lead functional design, testing, and deployment for changes and enhancements. Document detailed end-to-end business processes from the user perspective. Assist in the reverse logistics and returns management processes. Provide expertise on Batch Management and Serial Number Management within SAP. Liaise with internal IT teams, global business users, and external service providers to ensure project success. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant IT or consulting experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP MM. Proven S/4HANA MM functional expertise, especially in procurement and logistics execution. Hands-on experience in EDI integration and working with 3PL/4PL service providers. Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively across technical and business teams. In-depth knowledge of cross-module integrations with SAP FI, SD, and GTS. Strong documentation and business process mapping skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with planning system integration (Blue Yonder, I2, or SAP IBP). Prior work in reverse logistics and returns process design. Understanding of SAP Batch Management and Serial Number Tracking.
