For over 30 years, Hudson has met the needs and wants of travelers in more than 1,000 duty-free, duty-paid, and food & beverage stores. #AF123QA #dcWhat we will offer you:Competitive rate of pay: $19.00 an hourDaily Pay- Get your money as you earn itHudson PerkSpot Discount20% Hudson Employee Discount50% Hudson Food and Beverage DiscountPTOPersonal and Parental Leave ProgramsMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceEmployee Recognition ProgramsAdvancement and Growth OpportunitiesOn-going Training & DevelopmentReferral Bonus up to $500This Retail Operations Supervisor Job Is For You, If You Enjoy:Assist the General Manager and Operational Managers in managing the team members and the daily operation of our stores and providing an amazing customer service experience to our customersWorking at Dallas Love Field AirportYour Team is counting on you as a Retail Operations Supervisor to: Provide flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidaysWork a full-time scheduleOversee multiple team members Retail Operations Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Provides staff training and coaching with team members on a daily basisconducts store opening/closing/ shift change proceduresPerforms all cash register preparation, float verifications, spot checks, verification of end-of-shift cash reconciliation's, void processing and depositsEnsures that daily counts on cigarettes, phone cards, newspapers, and other items as required are conducted and that any discrepancies are reportedEnsures that staff report to work on time, dressed in clean full uniform, including nametagsEnsures that all staff tardiness and absences are reported to managementEnsures customers are greeted promptly and served by knowledgeable, well-trained associatesDemonstrates effective management of customer queuingEnsures that sales associates are assigned daily duties and are aware of daily sales targets and procedural changesHas an in-depth knowledge of products sold and ensures replenishment and proper rotation of stock on the sales floorEnsures that housekeeping standards are maintained (i.e. dusting, folding, replacement of burnt light bulbs, sweeping, mopping)Maintains an ever-vigilant theft and shoplifting awareness and enforces cash register and other policies controlling internal shrinkRequired Qualifications: Ability to manage, consult, and help plan daily activities with General Manager, Operations Manager, and other SupervisorsOne or more years working as a supervisor in a retail settingExperience working in a retail settingProvides supervision and support to store staffWorks with on-site sales representativesApproachable and interactive leadership qualitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood time-management skills and multi-tasking abilitiesGood problem-solving skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentHudson is an Equal Opportunity Employer of all qualified individuals.
