The Financial Analyst will perform Financial Planning and Analysis activities of the organization and assist with the preparation of internal/ external financial reports, monthly financial analysis of operations and ad hoc analysis by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual planning and forecasting and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification. Drives key insights and analytics by evaluating current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Executes value-added analysis and provide decision support for projects and initiatives, capital expenditures and acquisitions. Support and direct continuous improvement. Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Prepares reports which summarize and forecast Company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations. Provides financial consulting and strategic support to senior management. Work with Corporate Accounting to optimize Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial reports. Works with business development, operations and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output. Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations. Analyzes operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution and determines their financial impact. Evaluates and recommends business partnering opportunities. Establishes and maintains contacts with stockholders, financial institutions, and the investment community. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or related degree; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills, or equivalent.
