Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Associate. This role will play a crucial part in driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our customer base. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our salon products, including social media marketing, email marketing, and other promotional activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development. Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and maintaining customer records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales targets, strategies, and action plans to achieve business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles, preferably in the beauty or salon industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our salon products, including social media marketing, email marketing, and other promotional activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Design visually appealing marketing materials, presentations, and social media graphics using tools like Canva to support marketing initiatives. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and developments.
