This is a 60-day opportunity with day shifts, Monday through Friday, serving a community health center patient panel. The role focuses on chronic care, geriatrics, and preventative medicine for older adults. Job Details Location: Florida Start Date: Dec 29, 2025 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed: Geriatrician Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (First patient 8:30 AM, last patient 4:20 PM) Responsibilities and Duties Deliver comprehensive care to geriatric patients in a community health center setting Focus on chronic care management and preventative medicine to minimize hospitalizations Take time with patients to ensure high-quality, individualized care Accurately code and chart patient encounters Utilize technology effectively for patient records and communication Maintain an organized workflow in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Active Florida medical license required Board certification in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required 2-3 years of post-residency experience, including work with chronic care in community health centers Experience caring for geriatric patients strongly preferred Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
