Randstad is hiring for a very exciting opportunity where you will be a part of a dynamic team and supporting Spanish speaking customers in a call center enviornment. The role will begin on 9/16. A Spanish assessment is required. No time off is allowed during the first 7 weeks of training

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

**various schedules and working a weekend day is required**

  • You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
  • Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
  • Inbound Call Center: 60-80 calls per day
  • Will transfer more escalated calls to another department


The essential functions of this role include:
