MAU is hiring an Associate Time Analyst at Robert Bosch in Charleston, SC. As an Associate Time Analyst, you will ensure that pay and attendance policies are standardized among workshops and departments. This is a part-time, direct-hire opportunity.

Bosch-Charleston has been a producer of innovative products and Mobility Solutions for nearly 50 years. Our facility delivers power & life-saving technology to the automotive market through Gasoline Injection Systems and Electronic Stability Control. The recent addition of e-Motor production will drive the future generations of electric and hybrid vehicles.

Shift Information:

  • Part-time
  • 8-hour shifts on Monday and Wednesday, 4 hours as needed rest of the week

Required Education and Experience:

  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of pay practices and policies

General Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High ethical standards
  • Assertiveness and credibility to administer Human Resource policies and resolve confidential issues
  • Effective communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Time administration experience using Kronos
  • SAP experience

Essential Functions:

  • Compile hourly associates attendance records in SAP
  • Ensure time records are accurate and complete for payroll runs with direction from payroll
  • Work with Human Resource Point Leaders to coordinate associate time exceptions
  • Provide additional administrative support to the workshop as needed
  • Take functional, policy, and communication direction from PER
  • Provide Human Resources feedback to and from the workshops on various issues
  • Provide support on all approved leaves (FMLA, Personal, Military, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
