Description

Under direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, greets, seats and cashiers and tends to other needs of the guest.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Greets guests with a smile and shows patrons to their dining table.
•Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
•Inform patrons of establishment specialties and features.
•Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints and compliments.
•Ensures that guests are seated in a timely fashion.
•Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly.
•Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
•Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of six months experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred. Must be 18 years of age in Arizona. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
