WAGE: $18-$28 RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify key sources of potential candidates. Conduct pre-screening phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and do hiring assessments. Build/Establish and maintain relationships with trade schools, colleges, and other sources for candidates including attending career fairs. Coordinate pre-hire activities including employee physicals, offer letters, background checks, and drug screens. Assist the HR Generalist with various tasks including: compliance compensation benefits trainings Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree or equivalent from college or technical school. Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and managers. Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications and Success Factors. Regular attendance is required. Valid WA Driver’s License.
