We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Global Benefits Specialist to join our Global Total Rewards & People Operations team. You will support the design, implementation, and administration of global benefits and pension programs across Australia/New Zealand, USA, UK, Germany, and Serbia, ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our wellbeing strategy. Youll work independently in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate across time zones with regional People teams, Payroll, Finance, and external brokers. What youll do Global Benefits Administration: manage and administer Culture Amps global benefit programs, including health, wellbeing, retirement, and pension plans. Lead annual US Open Enrollment and global renewals; partner with brokers to evaluate plan competitiveness and cost effectiveness. Process new enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefits systems; reconcile monthly billing statements with carriers and vendors. Manage FSA compliance, including nondiscrimination testing. Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation across all regions. Retirement & Compliance: manage all retirement programs end-to-end (enrollments, contributions, loans, withdrawals, compliance, audits, and reporting). Oversee global benefits compliance, ensuring programs meet local statutory requirements and company policies. Manage annual 401(k) audits, Form 5500 filings, and nondiscrimination testing. Stay current on benefits legislation and regulatory changes across operating regions. Camper Experience & Communication: partner with Campers and internal stakeholders (People Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal); develop clear, engaging communications and resources; support onboarding and benefits education for a global audience; resolve complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed. Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance processes and streamline benefits administration across regions; support global projects and wellbeing initiatives. You will bring Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years in benefits administration, with at least 2 years supporting global or multi-country programs Strong understanding of employee benefits, including 401(k), compliance frameworks, and vendor management Experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration platforms, and 401(k) recordkeeping systems (e.g., BambooHR, T. Rowe Price, Confluence, Jira) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity Global mindset and collaborative approach across cultures and time zones Compensation and benefits The estimated base salary range is listed below; compensation includes equity and benefits. The base salary varies by market and experience and is discussed during the interview. We offer pay equity and annual pay equity audits. Base Salary Range (US): $113,800 - $125,000 USD. We offer a range of benefits, including employee stock options, wellbeing support, parental leave, wellbeing pauses, home office budget, and health coverage (US & UK).
