Nurse Practitioner (NP) A Nurse Practitioner is needed in Columbus, Ohio. This opportunity is with a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization dedicated to providing personalized, value-based healthcare to seniors. Salary and Benefits Base salary: $140,000 annually Annual bonus potential: Up to $10,000 in the first year (increases with partnership opportunities) Paid time off (PTO) Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and supplemental plans for provider and family 401(k) retirement plan with a 5.5% employer match Malpractice insurance fully covered Partnership opportunities available Responsibilities Full-time, Monday Friday schedule Clinic hours: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM) Outpatient primary care services 100% outpatient Patient volume: 18 patients per day Small patient panel: Maximum of 450 patients Focus on senior patients with 3 5 chronic conditions Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and Scheduler Administrative time included in the schedule No nights, no weekends, no hospital call Access to in-house consulting specialists including cardiology, podiatry, acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition services Door-to-door patient transportation available Requirements Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio Minimum of 2 years of outpatient primary care experience Passion for value-based care and delivering high-quality outcomes for senior populations About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that bridges the gap between mission-driven healthcare organizations and high-quality candidates.
