THE JOB:
As a Laundry Specialist, you will operate laundry equipment and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences. Your welcoming smile and service set the stage for their stay. By understanding each guest's unique story and needs, you will ensure they leave with lasting WOW memories that extend beyond their time with us.
STARTING RATE: $15 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment, including flatwork ironers, spreaders, and terry folders.
- Efficiently fold and sort linens to meet established production requirements.
- Ensure all products meet high-quality standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understand and adhere to safety rules, hazardous chemical waste disposal, and toxic substance regulations specific to the laundry and dry-cleaning industry.
- Comply with OSHA requirements and all relevant safety regulations.
- Adapt to working in warm conditions, especially during hot Vegas summers, and around heat-producing equipment such as dryers.
- Preform other job-related duties as required.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- One (1) year of laundry production experience.
