Schedules: Mon?Fri | 6pm?12am (MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AN OCCASIONAL SATURDAY IF NEEDED). Location: Troy, OH. What Youll Do Assist with call?offs: help with cleaning tasks when someone cannot come to work. Final walkthrough: walk through the building to check that everything is clean and meets quality standards. Maintain supplies and equipment: keep soap, paper, and toilet tissue dispensers full; fix any problems; keep janitors closets tidy; change vacuum bags; fill chemical bottles; rinse mop buckets and store mops correctly. Communicate needs to management: inform your area manager of supplies, chemicals, or equipment needed. End?of?shift procedures: turn off lights, set the alarm, and lock all doors. Act as the captain of the cleaning team, ensuring everything is just right. What Youll Need Must be 18+ years old. Valid drivers license. Reliable transportation and proof of car insurance. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment is a plus, but not required (training provided).
