Pay Range: $21.00/hr - $22.00/hr Position Full Time Floating Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services, Inc. in Norwalk, CT. Location River Commons (34 units) and Wall Street Place (155 units) in Norwalk, CT 06850. Hours Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week, full-time, includes weekend on-call rotation. Key Requirements EPA 608 type I & II or EPA Universal certification (or willingness to obtain within 75 days). Ability to work independently in multi-site or larger properties. Perform porter duties for both properties. Valid active drivers license. Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines. Manage service requests and ensure timely completion. Maintain compliance with OSHA and Clean Air Act. Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment. Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports on time. Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service. Seek educational opportunities for growth. Assist in property preventative maintenance plan. Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness. Perform on?call duties and occasional overtime. Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance or groundskeeping. Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws. Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Valid drivers license required. Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping.
