Telecom Coordinator

Strong knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager (CM) version 8 or higher Strong knowledge of Avaya System Manager Handle daily trouble tickets and requests. Interface with customers and department managers. Coordinate with other Information Services teams (Network Team, Field Techs). Setting up new extensions. (Moves/adds/changes). Setting up voicemail Softphones Validating billing Working with cabling vendors and service providers (AT&T, CenturyLink). Review of floor plans and telecom requirements. Troubleshooting quality issues. Setting up call centers, phone trees, recording software. Reporting tools, logging, and statistics. Changing announcements and holiday tables. Provide after hours and on-call support (scheduled rotation with other team members).
