Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a leading provider in the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting and at outpatient locations.

Job Responsibilities:
Outbound prospect qualification and company research
Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity
Work closely fostering relationships to develop visibility and patient care relationships for potential referrals.
Assist in marketing
Assist in additional administrative tasks as needed.
