T&M Associates is seeking a Supervising Engineer/Designer with a focus in Electrical in the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic region (NJ/PA). Candidates must have an engineering background in the MEP industry. Established business relationships with public and/or private clients is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be tasked with preparing proposals, providing daily supervision of technical workload, managing projects, preparing designs, and collaborating with our MEP staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred. P.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in their technical field and working knowledge of the MEP / Facilities design industry. Experience with client management and/or business development efforts. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Experience with Revit is preferred. Thorough knowledge and interpretation of industry standards and code compliance. Background in technical proposal development. Why T&M?
