Available Work Schedule (Full-Time):
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
What You Would Be Doing

We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the tracking, reviewing, and processing of PDP financial management and payroll forms received from parents and workers.

Education, Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • One year of experience in the field of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Excel and experience with MS Work, Paychex, Advisor and Gatekeeper preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of Individuals Option (IO) and Level One waivers, PAWS, and 20/20 preferred.
