ELMis seeking a Lead Locate Technician for the Great Falls, Montana area. This isa Union position, and the hourly rate is $24.22-$36.01 DOQ. This person will work alongsidethe Area Manager as well as performing locates and utility-related tasks. Theywill report to the Area Manager. In addition to hourly compensation, ELM offers a fullbenefits package including:

•Annualreviews with the potential for increases Yourspecific duties in this role will include, but not limited to:
•Workingindependently outdoors utilizing your company-provided vehicle as your mobileoffice, you will work a route of locate requests to be completed each day.
•Completeall necessary digital documentation and paperwork
•Workperiodic overtime and weekend on-call rotation may be requested
•Assistin any and all responsibilities assigned by the Area Manager including problemsolving solutions, coordinating efforts, and reporting results
•Someduties may require approval prior to creation
•IssuingDisciplinary Action Notices, Coaching Sessions and directing workflow
•Willbe responsible for on-call in the absence and/or alternating periods of time ordiscretion of the Area Manager
•Workloadand seasonality will determine the ratio of bargaining unit production locatingand non-production management-oriented activities but either will constitute upto 100% at any given time. Specificqualifications for the position include:
•Atleast 18 years of age
•HighSchool Diploma or GED
•Validdriver's license in good standing
•Abilityto pass a pre-employment drug screen.***Please note: This is aSafety-Sensitive DOT position that must comply with all Federal Department ofTransportation regulations.
