Position Summary

The Product Manager, Payer Solutions playS a central role in guiding the development and success of Xsolis Payer solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our payer solutions strategic direction, defining roadmaps, and driving success in the payer market. You will leverage a combination of strategic thinking, solution design and development, solution launch and commercialization skills to drive business value.

Candidates must be proficient in healthcare administration across Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans and products, and have a track record of successfully managing the design and development of SaaS products.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Define and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that drive business outcomes, with relevant user/market feedback and competitive analysis.
Partner with customers and internal subject matter experts to understand market trends and curate provided feedback into payer product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value.
Build and manage strategic relationships with customers to solicit input on product strategy and roadmap priorities.
Responsible for management and/or development of payer solutions, including development of business requirements, planning, business justification, functional design, process, prototyping, testing, training, verification, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and launch at all stages of the solution development life cycle from ideation to commercialization.
Prioritize feature and enhancement requests in alignment with organizational needs, stakeholder feedback, and industry trends.
Serve as a cross functional resource with engineering, operations, sales and other stakeholders to successfully execute the product vision.
Ensuring adoption of solutions through realization of value and making improvements and adjustments post-launch.
Maintain subject matter expertise on Xsolis product offerings specific to payers and ACOs and represent Xsolis at events and conferences and engaging with customers.
Ensure that payer product activities operate according to internal and external standards, and legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry
Expertise of Payer & ACO market needs and payer platform vendor solutions
Strong understanding of healthcare challenges, and regulatory requirements
Effective stakeholder management experience; maintains strong relationships by involving the right people at the right time throughout the development process
Clearly articulates customer needs, understands designs of features to inform development, and evaluates how the feature is meeting the needs of the customer and the business to make prioritization decisions and manage tradeoffs
Working knowledge of healthcare communication standards (EDI, HL7, FHIR etc).
Effective communication skills, written and verbal. Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-team environment
