**Job Title: Custodian- Swing Shift****Job Description**We are looking for a dedicated Custodian for our Swing Shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning duties inside a corporate office building including dusting, mopping, sweeping, trash collection, and restroom cleaning. This role might also include additional duties as assigned. The custodian will be responsible for maintaining the daily upkeep of assigned areas, reporting incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor and complying with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. The person must be able to perform work assignments in a team with other employees, perform repetitive tasks, maintain a clean work area, and adhere to all company procedures and policies. The person must be able to communicate professionally with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers, fill in during staff shortage, support the shift lead in completing punch-list items, use proper personal protective equipment, present a professional appearance and conduct, and understand customer service and satisfaction.**Hard Skills**+ dusting+ trash collection+ cleaning+ walking**Soft Skills**+ Teamwork+ Professional communication+ Understanding of customer service and satisfaction+ Adherence to safety rules, policies, and procedures**Job Type**This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.**Work Environment**This position operates on a schedule from Sunday - Thursday, 5pm - 130 AM. The successful candidate will receive a 1 hour lunch and be paid for 8 hours for the entire shift. The physical demands require the employee to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The role also requires the individual to frequently sit and talk or hear, occasionally stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
