The Senior Director of Data Infrastructure and Data Scienceis a key leader in our People Insights, Analytics, and WorkforcePlanning team. The person in this role will have the opportunity toshape our organization\'s HR analytics capabilities while propelling ourbusiness forward. By strengthening scalable data infrastructure andempowering teams with data-driven insights, this Senior Director willevolve the future of our data performance and the empower strongerpeople decisions throughout the enterprise. Leading a team focused onenhancing our data visualization, reporting, and dashboard capabilities,this leader will manage a critical data warehouse, develop and maintainrobust ETL processes, and continuously refine and evolve ourinfrastructure to support predictive and prescriptive analytics. Our HRInsights, Analytics, and Workforce Planning team works across AWS cloudinfrastructure (including API functionality and Sagemaker), Tableau, andWorkday (including Prism and Adaptive); the leader in this role willbuild and execute strategies and deliverables across those platforms.KEY OUTCOMES DRIVEN BY THIS ROLE Scalable Data Infrastructure : Lead theongoing optimization of our data infrastructure, ensuring scalability,reliability, and security. Manage and refine our data warehouse toimprove data integrity, performance, and accessibility. Design andimplement effective ETL processes to integrate and harmonize data from avariety of sources and platforms to support vigorous analysis. Integratenew data sources (including ONA and external benchmarking) to strengthenthe power of our recommendations. Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics: Lead the development and expansion of advanced analytics capabilities,including predictive and prescriptive analytics, that identifyopportunities to improve our talent practices. Coach and guide a team ofdata engineers and data scientists to build models and developalgorithms that inform strategic direction and optimize businessprocesses. Identify and report on patterns, trends, and outliers toensure decision-makers are equipped with the insights they need to leadeffectively. Data Visualization and Reporting : Oversee the creation ofdata visualization, reports, and dashboards that provide actionableinsights and a comprehensive view of our workforce. Deliver self-serviceanalytics that empower teams to explore data, enhance data literacy andfoster a data-driven decision-making culture. Data Governance andCompliance : Ensure compliance with data governance policies andregulations. Maintain data quality standards, data privacy protocols,and data security measures to protect sensitive information.
