The Role

At Fidelity, we're committed to growth and innovation. FCAT (Fidelity Center for Applied Technology) serves as our core innovation catalyst, imagining new possibilities and driving exploration of new ideas and emerging technologies. We're seeking an experienced design leader to lead our small but impactful Core Design team at FCAT's Boston office. The Core Design team plays a pivotal role, covering research, product teams, internal and external web publishing, and the design and distribution of FCAT Research's annual Priorities Report. As part of FCAT Design, you'll collaborate with Design Research, Creative Development, User Experience Design, Strategy and Incubator Leaders.

Direct the Core Design team, maintaining high standards for graphic and communications excellence Lead the creation of design systems in close partnership with FCAT's Creative Development team Safeguard and evolve the FCAT brand Collaborate on system-driven, innovative digital assets with the Creative Development team The Expertise You Bring
