We are currently looking for a Sr. Service Manager Web Platforms who will be responsible for a detail-oriented Service Product Management to develop and execute the service plan and strategy to drive our OTT service experience and/or video streaming technologies. The service product management's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service including web, mobile, CTV and Smart TV Streaming service experience and managing the Service and UX/UI team members. The service management maintains a strong working knowledge of OTT industry and practices as well as the company's products and services

This role will work closely with the cross functional business leads and Product Management team members to ensure that our web, mobile, and OTT products are exceeding overall performance plans. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Execute on service planning and plan for core areas of the OTT service experience in Responsive Web

* Define on experience centric strategy, focus on customer experience & value, manage customer business alignment

* Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and product/business goals are met.

* Oversees the OTT/VOD Services on TV screens, to create positive content experiences across the OTT ecosystem.

* Develops strategies to increase audience acquisition, engagement, retention, revenue and overall brand awareness in conjunction with Product, Engineering, Contents, Marketing and Business units

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI and Marketing

* 3+ years of direct product management or service product management experience with online media products, preferably in digital video & OTT/VOD service environment

* Strong knowledge of OTT/VOD products and service and data driven optimization for better user experience

* Previous Product or Service management experience is preferred.

* Excellent leadership, ownership, communication, and customer service skills.

* Strong creative and analytical thinking, problem-identification and problem-solving skill is must to have

* The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
