FridaySalary: Starting at $16/hour - based on experienceBenefits: Generous PTO Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Plans, Dental, Vision Child Care Reimbursement Compassionate PTO Donation Program - to support a team member COVID-19 Vaccinated Workplace Flexible Scheduling Employer Paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program PTO Cash Out Program Retirement Plan - 401(k) with company matchWe are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medication Assistant.Resident Medication Assistant Responsibilities include: Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed Assist in monitoring the medication program Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residentsResident Medication Assistant Education & Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Two (2) years of resident care experience and/or training required Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulationsCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
