Summary

This position will perform routine Data entry in VELES and HMA warranty system, including looking and up and ordering parts for damaged vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Codes out all repair orders
    • Looks up all labor times in HMA system for all repairs made.
    • Puts labor time on all Repair orders.
    • Puts data in HMA system for all Money Gated Fact Quest Claims.
  • Opens/closes repair orders.
    • Open Body Shop and Mechanical Repair Orders in Veles
    • Looks up part numbers and orders parts as needed for repairs in HMA system.
    • Sends email to HMMA to order bumpers if needed.
    • Sends email to HQ Claims to order survey if needed.
    • Checks all Repair Orders prior to closing to make sure parts that have been ordered are received in.
    • Removes any codes that have been applied to VIN in Veles.
    • Make copies of all bumper replacement Repair Orders to verify at month end for billing.
    • Looks up part numbers for all Mechanical and Body Shop Warranty repairs done by HMMA for
    • Money Gated Fact Quest Claims
  • Run daily reports.
    • Runs open Repair Order report for Manager and Team Lead
    • Checks system for Mechanical Warranty Repair prints list for Manager
    • Check system for Damaged Hold units prints list for Manager.
    • Manage and tracks all Facility Maintenance work on spreadsheets.
  • Fills out all Purchase Request forms for Body Shop and Facility Maintenance
    • Assist Manager getting quotes from Vendors.
    • Fills out Purchase Request and submit into General Affairs
    • After approval contacts Vendors and orders parts.

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • Must have a valid state issued driver's license
