We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Acoustical Consultant who will be responsible for performing consulting and design services for the built environment. The position will require active participation in managing several projects at one time, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-quality work is delivered to our customers. Successful candidates will: Be humble, hungry, and smart Possess the ability to apply technical expertise quickly and offer strong solutions to clients Be outgoing and able to earn the trust of others Develop and maintain successful relationships The consultant is responsible for getting the work done and ensuring the acoustical scope is covered with attention to detail. Responsibilities include: Evaluate and make recommendations for architectural acoustics, room-to-room isolation, and building systems noise control Establish acoustical criteria based on Owner's specific needs Review Architectural and MEP drawings for conformance with acoustical criteria Model mechanical and/or architectural designs to ascertain criteria such as RT60 and NC Use data from modeling software to maximize design options Qualified Candidates Preferably Possess: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Revit software Proficiency in written and spoken English, and good verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills Working knowledge of audiovisual or other low-voltage building systems BranchPattern is a purpose-led firm looking for individuals who care about improving people’s lives.
