Are you a BC/BE Family Medicine provider that is looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact on their community? Novant Health is adding a member to their team at Lakeside Primary Care - Afton in Concord, NC. The practice is located in the popular and family friendly suburb of Charlotte, NC. You'll be joining a team of four other providers, incredible support staff, and an organization that is physician led with an emphasis on continually becoming a better place to work and receive care.
Concord is home to multiple great neighborhoods, dining and shopping options, Charlotte Motor Speedway, and outdoor space. Additionally, it is a less than 30 minute drive to other popular spots of the Charlotte area including Lake Norman and downtown Charlotte home of multiple sports teams and museums. North Carolina has amazing weather all year and the travel lovers will be able to take advantage of we are surrounded by the mountains and beach plus have the Charlotte Douglas International Airport that directly serves nearly 200 destinations.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
- Completion of an accredited residency program required
- For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty
- Current MD or DO license in appropriate state
- Board certification or eligibility
- Current DEA license required
